About Me

I started smoking when I was 13. I am now 45. Smoked a pk daily till 2 months ago. I did my first quit 9/10/2009, it lasted a whole month. Really was not bad but I went to a bar and that was my BIG trigger. I failed my quit. I should have known. I smoked for a week, quit again for 4 days then caved in again. Smoked a few more weeks till 11/16/09. Now on my 3rd attempt and on day 4. For some reason my very first quit was the easiest. Part of me wishes these things were not so deadly and addicting because I enjoy smoking but I do know I need to quit this deadly obsession, it's gonna catch up to me.

You leave old habits behind by starting out with the thought, "I release the need for this in my life".
