the key is to totally prepare
the key is to totally prepare yourself prior to quitting; like letting your friends and family know for support, getting rid of all of your cigarettes, steering clear of people and places that trigger smoking.
one thing that I did for
one thing that I did for about 2 weeks before my quit date was to alter when I would smoke. It really helped me because I would associate smoking with so many normal things in my life it was like one went with the other. Breaking that part of the habbit before I dealt with the breaking of the nicotine itself really prepared me. Good luck, you can do it!!!!
