feel like my appetite has increased tenfold since quitting, any way to stave off my appetite so that I don't balloon???


this is totally normal and

this is totally normal and you can do several things to help yourself from weight gain like kicking up your exercise, eating healthier foods if you're eating more (don't go for the junk food), try chewing gum. It's all about distracting yourself from eating too much.
