Quit smoking spray?

There are two types of nasal

There are two types of nasal sprays to help you quit smoking. One is an herbal or homeopathic spray designed to help curb cravings and assist with the anxiety that often accompanies quitting. The other is a nicotine replacement spray that is supposed to help you gently stop smoking by replacing the nicotine in your system. To determine if either of these products is right for you, contact your doctor and homeopath. They can help you develop a plan, including behavior modification and possibly counseling.

Also keep in mind that even herbs and OTC drugs have side effects, and some can be serious. Keep your doctor informed of any new or changing symptoms immediately.
