How can you go about helping a spouse quit smoking, when you are a non-smoker?


No one likes to watch a loved

No one likes to watch a loved one hurt their health and possibly destroy their lives with tobacco. Nicotine, the drug in cigarettes and other tobacco products, can be as addictive as alcohol and even heroine. Be sure to be supportive, but do not push. Being their personal cheerleader not only reduces stress, but keeping a positive outlook can help with the depression that sometimes comes with quitting.
