Congratulations! Being ready
Congratulations! Being ready to quit is the first step to success. While not everyone agrees about the benefits of including hypnosis in your quit plan, some swear it is the only thing that worked for them. In my research, hypnosis seems to work for some for only a short period of time.
If you really want to quit for good, it's best to develop a multi-faceted plan with your doctor that addresses all the reasons you smoke. Social, emotional and physical addictions can be difficult to break, but if you attack all of them at the same time, you have a much better chance of success.
