Do you want to lose weight? Stop Smoking

The decision to stop smoking and the period of abstinence that follows is one of the hardest times in the life of a smoker. There will be constant craving for a stick of cigar as well as withdrawal symptoms that oftentimes are hard to ignore.

But the Chinese has a method which has been used for thousands of years, and has been known to promote weight loss and help one to stop smoking. This is known as the Shen Men, which is a type of Chine Acupressure Therapy. The pressure point for quitting smoking is on the upper part of the left ear while the pressure point for losing weight is on the lower part of the left ear. Magnets are placed on these pressure points. The magnets to be used are a set of gold plated magnets consisting of one 4mm magnet and one 6mm magnet. Each magnet has 1500 gauss, the unit which measures the amount of magnetic attraction a magnet possesses.
