Be Active, Quit Smoking

Be sure, above anything, to keep an active body. Keeping your body active and helps to keep your mind off of things like smoking, and on important things like, try to quit smoking. If your body is constantly moving it will also tire out easily and not be on the verge of wanting to smoke anything because it is basically too tired. And if we all remember correctly, the leading problem that occurs with smoking is trouble with breathing. If you are already tired and out of breath (from something good like working out or just staying active) then you will not have a sure need to smoke because it will ultimately be too much of a bother for you to mess with it at all. Just remember that you can do any type of workout to make sure that you can keep your body moving. The more movement the better because you will be able to keep your mind focused and off of cigarettes.
