Rewards for not Smoking

Rewarding yourself along the way is a great motivational tool that you can use to keep yourself on track. It works pretty much the same way that it does with “weight loss”, only with quitting smoking, you can give yourself rewards in a different way.

Let’s say that you made out a plan of quitting by having different levels that you want to reach. As you reach each level, you can reward yourself with things like, new clothes, new household items, a night out on the town, or just a relaxing day to yourself. No matter what you choose you can always enjoy something when you have accomplished a goal. Just remember that when you go through the levels you do not reward yourself with anything if you happen to cheat on a level or not make it to a level. You also need to make sure that you give yourself a reward that you really want to work towards.
