Quit Smoking Meditation

Using smoke free meditation is a great way to naturally conquer the cravings that come along with quitting smoking.

Smoke free meditation can take many forms. Yoga is one of these forms. Not only is a relaxing way to easy your body, mind, and spirit, but it is also a great way free your mind from smoking and get a great workout at the same time. If yoga may not be your kind of thing, you can try simple aroma therapy. You can use simple aroma therapy candles for this. Try lighting a few scented candles (Lavender and Jasmine usually work best), and sitting on the floor with your legs crossed.

Close your eyes and think of things in your life that make you happy. Think of the reasons that you should quit smoking and how much healthier and happier you will be. In other words, only fill your mind with the positives.
