People have a lot of reasons as to why they want to quit smoking, and it should be no different for anyone else. If you have been thinking about quitting, you may need to give yourself some reasons as to why you “specifically” need to quit. If you have not already joined support group, try joining one. Yes, even before you actually quit, it would be a good idea to go and see how things will be and what exactly you will have to look forward to. You can get valuable information from the people in these support group. They may start telling you about their reasons for quitting and you may find that you have a lot of the same reason in common. Be sure to write all of your reasons down and really go over what you have listed. Also make sure what you have listed is a realistic reason for quitting.
