After You Quit
You Have To Believe To Achieve
Deciding to quit smoking is nothing without believing in yourself. Once you can actually believe that you can do it, the process with get so much better. Believing in yourself, that you have the willpower to actually quit and stay smoke free is all that you need to get your goal started. Make sure you have the support of friends and family as well. If you see how much they believe in you, as well as, how much you believe in yourself, it is all the motivation that you will need. Also, do not be afraid to treat yourself for accomplishing the small goals along the way. Give yourself a night out on the town with your friends, spend the day shopping at your favorite stores, or just relax, kick back, and watch a movie on tv. Have a “do nothing all day” kind of day to celebrate your accomplishment. Having rewards is also a motivational tool
