After You Quit
Try Not To Diet While Trying To Quit Smoking
If you have already begun the stages in your plan for quitting, I am sure you know that it is incredibly hard to do much else because of the stress you go through.
This is why you should not plan on dieting while planning on quitting smoking.
Unfortunately, the very cravings that you have during a diet can actually cause you to cheat and start smoking again. This is because, while you are going through a moment of cravings, you are trying to think of something else to do other than eating.
Well the first thing your mind will tell you to do is to smoke. It is too risky to let your mind even believe that that is a choice. If you can manage to wait until you are farther along in your quit smoking process, then you may find that you and your mind can handle a dieting process as well as the quit smoking process.
