2. Your life will be subtracted 7-8 years -----years that could have given you more time to enjoy life to the fullest with your family and loved ones.
3. More deaths from smoking come from the young population.
4. If you continue to smoke just select what you want from the following choices:
a. A painful death from Cancer
b. A quick death from Heart Attacks and Stroke
c. Slow death from emphysema and chronic lung diseases
Still more things to dwell on if you QUIT SMOKING:
1. You will wake up with more energy to face a new day and join your family in a walk through the woods, cheer your sons and daughters in their ballgames, and play with your dog.
2. Your sense of taste will improve and each food and meal will be a wonderful savory experience
3. Smell the flowers and breathe in the crisp mountain air ----your lungs are clean and free.
4. You will have a long and happy life ----- your lungs and your heart are HAPPY.
