More Tips on Getting Prepared
Since the cravings are such a hard part of the recovery process, a good thing to do would be to remove the cigarettes from places that are too familiar to them. If you kept a lot of cigarettes home, removing them is a good idea so that your mind will not feel it has to smoke one every time you see the cigarette. Also, removing the cigarettes from your car or even from you work area is good as well. Any place that might be too easy to access a cigarette should be cleaned out. You can also talk to your doctor about medicine that can help along with the process. These medicines are usually not something that you can get addicted to and they work along with your body to naturally help lift the craving for the comfort of a cigarette. You can talk to your doctor about helpful medications as well.
