Now, when you are considering a chance to be smoke free, you also need to realize the reality of things. This is not something that is going to happen overnight or in just a few days. The road to being smoke free can last anywhere from 6 months to well over a year. Everyone is different and everyone with undoubtedly have setbacks along the way. This is why nothing can be expected so soon. The cravings are harsh. The medications may not work. The mood swings may make you give into cheating quite a few times, but this is all part of the process. If you are willing to go through all of these things to get to a healthier life without smoking, then you should be able to realize that it is not going to be easy and you should not try to rush anything. Everything will workout in the long run.
