After You Quit
Tell Everyone That You Are Quitting Smoking
When you are planning on quitting smoking and you know that you will be dealing with a lot of different things, you need to take the time to give your friends and family the heads up on your decision.
When you are going through the “quitting” stages, you should know before hand that you are going to be having many mood swings. You will probably go through a lot of anger, a lot of depression, and many other withdrawal symptoms that you cannot imagine.
I am pretty sure that you do not want your friends and family experiencing your severe mood swings first hand without some fair warning. Some of them may not know what you are going through and may not accept your mood swings. They may even avoid you if they are not aware, ahead of time, that you are going through the many stages of quitting smoking.
