Effects of Smoking On The Skin

Smoking, to some, may only effect them in the physical sense that they may not be able to move around as well as they would if they were not smoking. For others, the problem with smoking is that and more. It can affect a person skin drastically. Vitamin C is something that our skin needs massively and the body, itself, cannot produce. Unfortunately for those who smoke, Vitamin C is nearly non-existent. This makes the skin very dry, pale, rough, and sometimes it can be very itchy as well. The skin can also be sagging as well. Around the eyes, you may start to notice dark circles and sagging skin just below the bottom eyelids. Because smoking damages so many cells, it is very possible to see a number of wrinkles all over the face as well. Those who smoke constantly may notice their lips getting blacker in color and staying very dry.
