After You Quit
Choose The Right Center
When you are making a point to choose a center to help you with you trying to quit smoking, you need to make sure that center is the complete opposite of your personality. Some people are very picky about the centers that they want to attend, but one thing that you need to remember is that it is better for you to choose a center that is nothing like your personality. You may event want to think of it in terms of something outside of your “comfort zone”. A good way to explain this is to think about why you have never been able to quit any other time, on your own. More than likely it is because you are too comfortable and easily go back to your old habits. You need to choose a center that is very strict and does not tolerate straying away from their plan. This motivates you to do a lot better than you would on your own.
