Ailments That Follow Smoking

There are many ailments that can come from smoking. Besides the nicotine being addictive, there are other problems that can arise that can be much more dangerous. Respiratory problems are pretty much number one on the list of things that could go wrong when you choose to smoke. Since there are a number of toxins found within the smoke of cigarettes, the smoke carries a number of the toxins throughout the lungs and the body. This makes it increasingly difficult to breathe at times. Smoking also causes a number of issues dealing with the throat area. Some of these problems can include issues with esophagus (which can become cancerous), blood clots, and cancer of the larynx. Other areas of the body that can be affected are the pancreas, the kidney, and sores in the mouth that can become cancerous. A few symptoms that can occur from these areas being affected are persistent coughing, nausea, wheezing, and dizziness.
