A Roled Model in Quitting Smoking

There are a lot of things that you need to remember about quitting smoking, but you also need to remember that you should never give up on yourself or on your teen. Keeping the “role model” type of mind is crucial to helping your and teen become smoke free. If you are having trouble with quitting, do not give up. Having speed bumps along the way is a natural thing to expect when you are trying to quit. The key is to shake it off and keep trying. When you learn to have the ability to keep trying, you will be showing your teen that you are determined and serious about trying to quit. This sets a good example for your teen. They may feel that it is ok to have little bumps along the way, so long as you keep trying to quit no matter what.
